Tawny frogmouths are found throughout Australia. They sleep during the day but at dusk they shake their tail feathers, go out for a great meal, then sit back and enjoy the rest of the evening with their partner and friends just like the drinkers of night owl. It's the best way to end a perfect day.
This Australian tawny is a blend of vintages from 1999-2004, it has between 40 - 60 varieties and has a brandy base for added sweetness. It is then stored in old oak puncheons and hogshead for 2-6 years before being released
